Both long and short busiata pasta produced by Fratelli Giacalone is extremely popular for several reasons. 

The choice of using Sicilian durum wheat semolina and other ancient grains gives the pasta an authentic flavour while the bronze drawing process guarantees a porous surface that allows sauces to adhere exceptionally well. Low-temperature drying and the 500 g format make these busiate ideal for sharing moments with friends. All in all, their quality, taste and versatility make them an essential addition to any table.
