Short Busiata in Marsala


Fratelli Giacalone produce a wide range of pastas, both short and long, using exclusively Sicilian durum wheat semolina as well as other ancient grains such as Tumminia, Russelo and Perciasacchi. The pasta is drawn through a bronze die and then slowly dried at a low temperature. It is then packaged in practical 500 g formats.
